October saw our first month where students taking part in the Young Reporter scheme became theatre reviewers.
Alex Pyatnytska from Esher College was our first critic and won two tickets to see The Lovely Bones at the Rose Theatre in Kingston-upon-Thames.
The production is based on the best selling novel by Alice Sebold and is about Susie Salmon, a young girl who wants to be like any other girl her age. There is one big difference though - Susie is dead.
Alex said: "It was very good and I really enjoyed the performance."

Our second winner was Leah Terry from Reigate College who won tickets to see Billionaire Boy at Richmond Theatre.
Based on a children's book by David Walliams, the play follows the life of Joe Spud, a twelve year old who is the richest boy in the country. He has his own sports car, two crocodiles as pets and £100,000 a week pocket money.

Thank you to both Rose Theatre and Richmond Theatre for generously donating tickets to both performances.
